The EPA guidelines recommend the use of sharps containers.
If a medical sharps container is not available a non-see through, puncture-resistant, rigid bottle like a laundry detergent or bleach OR a taped, sealed coffee can is recommended.
The Chrysalis kiosks allow sharps container and bleach bottles up to one gallon in size. It will also accept up to a 1lb coffee can.
